WHAT IS THIS PROGRAM ABOUT?
At Nomomoto, we like our customers to enjoy their dining experience, and we also want to reward them for it. The loyalty program consists of accumulating 5% of the amount of the orders made by the customer on our website (www.nomomoto.es) or our App, in order to be able to redeem them at the time you want. For example, if € 100 is consumed in an order, € 5 will be accumulated in the program to be exchanged in future purchases.
WHO IS WITHIN THE PROGRAM?
Those customers who place more than 3 orders within the same month automatically enter the loyalty program.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
BY WEB OR APP: At the time of placing your order, a message will appear below the total amount indicating the accumulated amount, and the option to redeem them.
BY TELEPHONE OR LOCAL: At the time of placing your order by phone, you only have to identify yourself with your name, surname and email or telephone, so you can accumulate your points or redeem them.
You can choose whether to exchange them or not, bearing in mind that only the entire amount can be exchanged. If the purchase amount does not exceed the total accumulated euros, the rest will continue to be available for another order. Eg If you have € 100 accumulated, and the order is € 60, € 40 will be saved.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATE OF MY POINTS?
In the client area of our website or App you will find the “Your Points” section, where you can check how many accumulated points you have. You can also check the status of your points by clicking here.
DOES MY ACCUMULATED AMOUNT EXPIRE?
Yes, the Loyalty Program lasts for 1 year from when the person accesses for the first time. You must redeem your points before this period or they will be lost (it is notified by email so that you do not lose them and you can exchange them in an order).
