The rainbow roll takes center stage in your home delivery. This type of uramaki, as we already mentioned in the article about the most representative types of sushi in Japanese gastronomy, is characteristic for having the nori seaweed inside, wrapping the ingredients in the core. Although without a doubt, the main characteristic of our new rainbows is that the topping is the big star of these colorful eight-piece sushi delicacies.

Rainbow tuna roll: for bull lovers! the tuna and the tuna belly are the two protagonists of this uramaki delight that cover it completely. With an avocado tempura heart and with black truffle and caramelized onion as toppings, this delicacy is a master class on the power of raw materials in our dishes.

Hokkai pepper uramaki - for scallop lovers! Wrapped with scallop from the Japanese island of Hokkaido and Norwegian salmon, this uramaki will not leave you indifferent. Inside, avocado tempura is combined with crunchy onion and a slightly spicy touch.
